Find your Stamina

Join us for a stationary bike ride with all the challenges and fun of a ride through Muskoka. Your instructor will guide you through the workout, telling you when to increase or lower tension/resistance, pedal faster and when to rise and sit. You are in control as you're guided through climbs and sprints, with a few surprises thrown in. High intensity, high energy - a perfect workout!

Tabata Bootcamp

Find Your Power

In Tabata Bootcamp, group members participate in high intensity interval training exercises. This short duration, but high intensity interval training (HIIT) creates a prolonged afterburn. This type of training causes the body to take longer to return to its state of rest, so it continues to burn calories (5x more) at a higher rate long after the workout session has completed. Put simply, a 4-minute Tabata Bootcamp workout can reap the same benefits as a longer but steady workout. Taught by our own Certified Tabata Instructors.
